Every 30 degrees along the circular edge there is a small pie slice cutout; the 90 degrees corner is cut at a 45 degrees angle 0.125 long; mat (astmb194) is 0.012 thick and is bent up on the circular edge 0.380 down from the edge so that bent edge is 0.312 above the nonbent edge; plating is per mil-t-10727 type 1 0.0003 to 0.0005 thick
